This was a well groomed park. It was quiet, a lot of shade, and restrooms. My visit was for school, we were able to accomplish our task. All of the people we encountered were respectful and curious to our tasks.
lowkey a hidden gem! more than what meets the eye… a very long biking/walking path that i think might go all the way to campus passes through much terrain and many playground structures and benches and picnic areas which is super exciting! there were also tennis courts, soccer fields, basketball courts, baseball i think, and best of all… there were Two Apple Trees. it seemed the apples were up for the taking as i did witness an individual jumping up to pilfer some… it looked illegal but i think it is technically allowed! while i did try this, my vertical was not sufficient. but perhaps i will try again!there was a strange child walking barefoot on the bike path with no parents which did slightly stress me out however when i got to my car he did in fact have a family (and shoes) so all ended well there! five stars so fun will return!
