Standish Dog Park, located at 670 Ossipee Trail W, is a much-loved destination for both local pet owners and visitors looking for an excellent dog park in Standish, ME. This newly constructed park offers a spacious, well-kept area where dogs can socialize, run, and play off-leash. With a grassy main area and a small wooded section on the hillside, pups have a variety of spots to explore, making it a perfect choice for pet-friendly fun and dog-friendly hiking adventures within the community.
The park is highly rated for its friendly atmosphere, with plenty of opportunities for both humans and dogs to connect. Ample water is available for your pets, and the park is wheelchair accessible, including both entrance and parking areas. While the park is well maintained and offers much space for exercise and play, more shade would be beneficial on sunny days. Overall, Standish Dog Park is a fantastic spot for social dogs and their humans looking for a clean, safe, and friendly place to enjoy the outdoors together in Standish.
Fozzie loves this newly constructed dog park and he runs and plays with the big dogs there like Cooper and Caiden. The only thing they really need here is some more shade as it gets extra hot on sunny days without it.
Baxter loves this dog park! We are so happy we have a dog park in Standish now. Very well kept & plenty of water for the pups.
I live this park! Great place for the dogs and humans to socialize! And it’s big. So the dogs have a variety of places to check out!
Nice park. Good size with a small wooded section to the “top” of tge hillside. Main area is nicely grassed except in the super high trafficked area in front of the gate.
Very friendly people and dogs.
