She was patient, professional and knowledgeable, and explained the processes towards making their apartment our home. We looked at 2 properties and either of them is a great fit. I recently moved out. I was in a 2/2 unrenovated unit. The apartment complex was great. Had plenty of parking. The office staff was responsive and great. The Clubhouse is available for rent by residents after hours. I even had my wedding dinner there and that was great. I enjoyed the pools and the 24 hr gym. I didn’t get to use the business center much but it looked decent.
The only 2 negatives were the extra fees and the gates constantly breaking down. If they could consolidate the fees it would be better and I would have renewed. The gates need to be upgraded because them breaking down once a month was annoying.

The preserve at colony lakes is one of the best places to live. I work from home so I am usually in my apartment all the time. The surrounding is very peaceful and staff is very supportive.
The apartment rates are very affordable though the appliances are old but functional.
