The community is in a great location and the staff was always willing to accommodate any issues that came about. I love that they held different events for the families especially children on holidays and afterschool programs. To be income based there weren’t a lot of complaints within the 7 years I reside there.

I’ve lived here for over 11 years. And maintenance is horrible. When they leave my unit I always have to clean behind them. They have broken and damaged my things.I’ve asked for spot paint since Covid and have yet to receive it I finally had to purchase my own. My carpet looks horrible because it hasn’t been cleaned since 2019. So I had to pay out of pocket to get it cleaned.I’ve tried to reach them on several occasions to get my carpet cleaned it’s 3/2024 and I still haven’t received a response.My apartment has flooded three times and they have yet to fix it😡Property manager is very rude. She doesn’t listen and always looking for an argument. Also had an excuse for everything. These apartments have gotten so bad.9/15 Dealing with another leak. No one wants to find the source of the leak just cover it up.

The property is a comfortable place to call home. The staff are very kind and welcoming, most especially Ms. Stephanie. Ms. Stephanie goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need and you enjoy your living experience here. The management office is always on it and that is a wonderful thing. Diane is always there when you need her and the maintenance work very diligently to fix any concerns you may have. If you are looking for a place to live, save money and be comfortable don’t go far. This is a wonderful place to call home.

My daughter was in this apartment complex for three years no problem the The manager Latoya is a thief. She knew me my daughter and my son I live in promenade Estate. She knew my daughter had a disability so as of November last year she disrespected my daughter. She told me she just wanted Jasmine out of her apartment. Had a nervous breakdown Kim any other time will let me or my son in the apartment, my daughter had left so much of my property in there with that being said we had to put in hospital. The first time JASMINE had a nervous breakdown my son moved into the apartment just so my daughter’s credit wouldn’t be bad. Latoya knew about it. He will pay the rent. She knew my daughter came back home until she got well. My daughter moved back in November last year, the state paid the rent, when I told you that my daughter moved back out again she would let us get the property out of there, Because she wanted what my daughter left. And they kept my daughters property so as of today, August 1, 2024 I am filing against the apartment complex for my property that was in that apartment. and all the stuff Lat Olla got away with my daughter‘s car and someone else’s car one night they stole all the tires I came by that morning to pick up the car, my daughters car and a gentleman around the corner. Car was on Cinna block her mother call Constable, and I had to have the car towed to a shop which messed up the front of her bumper because she had no tires. I will let you guys know if the complex is going to reimburse us for everything that has happened with the public need to know that there is new people in the building now and I pray to God it’s better , we still have friends over there and they will let me know
