Let’s be clear, Arc at the Grid doesn’t enforce rules, they target people.
I was issued a violation over greenery on my balcony something other tenants have had for months with no problem. When I brought it to management’s attention, I was dismissed. No explanation. No accountability. Just more threats.
This isn’t about “community standards.” It’s about selective enforcement, intimidation, and unprofessional management. I asked for policy clarification, ignored. I asked why others weren’t held to the same rules, ignored again. So I filed complaints with HUD, the Texas Attorney General, and the BBB because someone needs to hold this place accountable.
Then suddenly after being reported they sent out a vague, blanket email to all tenants on July 31 with “policy reminders.” That wasn’t about clarity. That was about covering themselves.
You don’t get to bully tenants, ignore serious concerns, and then act like you’re doing the right thing once you’re under pressure. That’s not accountability that’s damage control.
To any current or future tenant: KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. Keep your records. Don’t let this management intimidate you or gaslight you into silence.

I’ve had a great experience at Arc at the Grid! The team here is incredibly helpful — special shoutout to Yailin and Samina for their outstanding support throughout the process. They made everything smooth and stress-free. Also, Sandra, the manager, was understanding and approachable, which made a big difference.

The complex is quiet, clean, and well kept together. The staff is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. The maintenance team members are an absolute pleasure to speak with and handle any requests you may have as soon as possible! Overall a great place to call home!
I have been here for 4 months and this has been my best experience so far as a renter. Yahir has been helpful since the day I toured till my move in day. The community is always quiet, clean, neighbors are nice friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond. I love the many work spaces and amenities this property has to offer. I have enjoyed the community efforts to host mixers and events at the club house as well! I would recommend the ARC at the grid to anyone.
