The trail is overgrown. I’ve been here twice, once today and a few years ago and this was the case both times. Fun for kids having a little adventure in the woods 🪵😄 but not so much for getting exercise on a trail.

Not completely fenced in playground. Large open portion that leads straight to woods. Okay for some kids but the ones that actually need a fence, it doesn’t really do much good.

Really great park. Good amount of picnic tables on site. The play area was spread out but it does get hot fast. Restroom on site and that was a huge bonus for me with my kids. The park is right across from Menards.

Fields are OK. The playground is pretty far away. Not enough seating considering the games.

Fun playground for kids of all ages. The playground for ages 5-12 has plenty of features for all levels of play…steps for kiddos (and parents) who may not want to climb the ladders, rock wall or chain ladders, two different slides and benches built into the playground. The playground for ages 2-5 is sized appropriately with lower steps, a ramp and small slide. The swings are also different heights for different sized kiddos. It has a swing for toddler/infants and an adaptive swing for someone who might need to be strapped in more securely.
