Located steps from the beautiful Pass-A-Grille Beach, Hurley Park offers a quaint community escape in St Pete Beach, FL. While its dedicated dog park area is modest—a simple gated space with a couple of benches—it provides a secure environment for your dog to stretch their legs. Please note: dogs are not permitted on the adjacent beach, but the park itself is kept clean and offers a peaceful setting in a friendly neighborhood.
Hurley Park features a range of community amenities including picnic areas, a playground, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness stations, and multi-booth bathrooms. The surrounding neighborhood and beach areas offer scenic walks, but the main dog-friendly facility is the fenced dog run. Parking is available nearby, though guests must purchase a permit or pay hourly. The park is known for its well-maintained grounds, plentiful shade, and welcoming community center with recreation classes and a pool.
The park by the 4-mile long Pass-A-Grill Beach is ideal for distance swimming, which is the reason I go. From the park to pink castle, the Don CeSar is 1.5 miles.
It has multi-booth bathrooms and an out door shower @ 16th Avenue, and tennis/pickleball courts.

Most disgusting public restroom I’ve ever seen in my life.
Must purchase a permit to park and the “dog park” is simply a gated area with 2 benches. Dogs are not allowed on the beach.
