This is my favorite park in Saint Marys. I prefer it in the winter because it’s not busy then and we often have the park to ourselves and a few others brave enough to walk in the cold. There is a nice path that loops around the entire park and you can really get your steps in. I especially love the woods areas on the trail. I do wish they would leave the woods a natural environment and stop adding all these man-made additions. But nonetheless it’s still a beautiful and well maintained park. There is a lot of sports leagues and teams and many other scheduled activities for the community. Volleyball, basketball courts, tennis courts, multiple playgrounds, a clubhouse for events and snack stand in season. Fishing in the cute little creek and plenty of picnic tables and pavilions to have a picnic.
