We needed a place to house our dog before our vacation, and we have had prior bad experiences with PetSmart, so we found DogTopia online and realized it was 2 miles from our house.
We just took our dog here for a “meet and greet” the other day. and everyone was so friendly and welcoming, especially the manager Kiersten. They introduced our dog to the other dogs and let him play for about 6 hours. We gave them our shot records, talked about his eating and behavioral habits, and we were all set 🙂
I will update this after our dog has his nearly week-long boarding trip, but it seems like a great place with caring people so far!

Coconut was taken care of better than any other boarding service we have used. He was well hydrated, fed, and had a great time playing with the other dogs. When I’ve taken him to other places, I was so concerned that he had a full bladder with dark urine and how he would drink tons of water when coming home. Boarding with Dogtopia was not like this at all! In fact, I feel like he misses it!!! Coconut was boarded for almost 2 weeks, our longest time away, and I was blown away with the amount of care he received. It was so wonderful hearing feedback when I picked him up about how he really blossomed after the first couple days he was there. I loved being able to check in with him on the webcams when I could. I will 100% use you all for boarding again AND also doggy day camp.
