It is unkept…or NOT BEING TRAVELED MUCH BY HIKERS, PERIOD!

THE TRAIL IS HIGHLY OVERGROWN AND SEEMS UNSAFE TO ENJOY.

This is the best time of year to visit the Mary Ann Brown Nature Preserve. The pond area is beautiful with many different varieties of Louisiana Irises in bloom.

We took the Scouts for a trip, they enjoyed the trails, the pond and the facilities. Very peaceful area far from the busy highway. Plenty to look at and explore.
