Parking is adequate much of the time.
There is an accessible outhouse at the St. Bonafacious trailhead. However, it was over full & pretty much unusable Memorial Day.
Portions of the trail going west will be closed for resurfacing until sometime in June. Part of the trail has the asphalt removed.
The best and most popular trail in the Twin Cities area!!!!
Great trail, well maintained, and plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the scene. The pooch loves taking the hike to Lake Waconia.
Very nice trail for our e-bikes, nicely maintained and fun things to see and do along the trail.
Great place to get on the paved trail and ride a bicycle. About 13.5 miles from Wayzata and 16 from Lester Prairie. The trail is in really good shape except for a couple of small sections (50 feet of heaved trail each). There is one bad intersection, and a couple of blind intersections where you will need to slow down. Several ice cream joints along the way and a couple of places to purchase drinks/snacks (trail side).
