Staff were great. Down for the Bills v Patriots game. Great location. Springville is a cute little town. Hotel was clean and room was fully equipped. Plenty of clean towels. Would highly recommend staying here on game day.

Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable and it was very quiet. Great open access to the breakfast room with tea/beverages available 24 hours. Our room was a little musty smelling.

Called months ago to make sure we had a reservation with connecting rooms, got there after a 30 wait, no rooms available, staff had no idea what was going on, finally got one single room, no connecting, as reserved; extremely frustrating, check in process was a nightmare, girl at front couldn’t figure out system, the other guy working finally came to help her after 20 minutes waiting and 12 people in line waiting to check in. They told us they would upgrade to suite for our troubles only to learn an hour later, none available, next our key card didn’t work….the whole process was extremely frustrating….then we had to wait for someone to clean a room at 430pm….
The hotel is ok at best, breakfast isn’t great…. Overall, I would say expect the worst and hope for the best. I will say the rooms were very clean.
