Park us great for my young son’s, especially now with the new playground. The only problem is that the toys get burning hot when it’s too sunny out. But the park is wonderful if the playground is too hot to play on the water park is right next to it.
Great open park that has a little bit of everything from kids playground, baseball field, basketball courts, tennis courts, excersise area and hiking trails. Super dog friendly and a great place to de-stress from the everyday. Plus super clean!!
It is a lovely park to walk around with a lake-side view. I wish I had more to praise, but it was a small stop along the way, so I could not fully explore the area
Van Horn Park is a nice place to hangout with family and friends. The park is serene and have a lot of amenities. It has a kids playground, gym, basketball court, baseball field, picnic areas, and a wide area to explore nature.
The washrooms are also clean and well kept.
Really awesome paved trail. Love walking with my dog here. Even on warm days there’s a lot of shade on the trail so I can still walk the pup. It sounds like you’re in a bird sanctuary! Really beautiful. Unfortunately, my pictures do not do it justice. It was a very misty and gray day when I last went.
