The Mary M. Lynch School (then North Branch )and adjacent Beauregard & Schiavina Park is perhaps my favorite place on the planet. So many fond memories. I attended elementary school there. Played little league baseball on each of the three baseball diamonds that are long gone. Our football team used to hold practices on that field. In the 6th grade I kissed my first girlfriend by the old metal jungle gym that used to be there. And spent many a day after a snowfall sledding down that hill. Now it’s a place to walk, sit and reminisce.
