This is such a great spot for ice cream! The ice cream here isn’t like the typical treats from ice cream trucks around the city; it’s hand-made, creamy, and low in sugar. They even offer pup cups, so your furry friends can enjoy a treat too! We not only enjoyed some delicious ice cream but also had a wonderful time chatting with the owner. The peach flavor is to die for!
Extremely rude. At approximately 4 pm in Shenandoah Park, my friend and I joined our 3 friends in a short line for icecream. No one ahead of us or behind them. As we stand there an older gentleman looks at us and says no- no one after the gentleman (our friend). I am surprised stand there- an older lady walks in front of us and again he says no- one after the lady. I am disappointed at this costumer service but walk away and give another christian company my business. They were shocked when I told them as well! I look back 5 or so minutes later and see this man selling more icecream TO OTHER FOLKS. The same man who told us no. This is an extremely rude man who turned me away for no seemingly reason. I do not assume but I will note me and my friend were not Caucasian. So frustrating! We just wanted something cold to eat
We stopped here after hiking in Shenandoah National Park, and it was the perfect afternoon treat! If you eat your ice cream there, you can enjoy the shaded picnic tables, corn hole, and grassy field it’s in. My favorite flavor we tried was the peanut butter overload, but everyone was happy with their choice. The owner was very friendly!
They had this ice cream truck at the Ren Fare (Lake Anna 2025) which my boyfriend and I stopped at to get a scoop of black cherry anc chocoholic. It was seriously some of the best tasting ice-cream we have ever had. The workers weren’t super friendly, but I didn’t really care. The ice-cream was fantastic.
Charming ice cream shop with a cozy atmosphere.
I stopped by on our way back from Shenandoah and tried the peach flavor, which was a bit too sweet and artificial for my taste. However, the shop is very kid-friendly and offers a nice outdoor seating area. The service was excellent, and I appreciated the option to sample different flavors. They also have smoothies and other items, though I didn’t try them on this visit. Overall, a great spot with friendly service.
