The pride of Spencer.
This has to be one of the prettiest and well maintained small town parks that I’ve been to. You can tell that an incredible amount of effort went into making this a beautiful place for the locals to visit. It’s a short loop around the pond and the trail is very easy to walk. It’s also nearby to a playground and some good food options.
I’d highly recommend a quick 10 minute stop here the next time you’re passing through.
Im new in New York came with open mind and i was disapointed there way to much vegitation and weeds on top of the water i felt city could clean and take some of this vegitation out so you could actually cast your lire without reeling in weeds and catclaws gave it a two because it was visulally a good looking area
This is a nice country setting to just relax at! There is a little Pizza Place called Park View with some good pizza and wings to enjoy if your hungry! Alos a small grocery store with a Deli that has good food! But the parkis nice to visit all year round. The park has everything to get you back to feeling good about yourself. Enjoy a walk around the big pond and see why people love coming to this spot!
Very nice scenic place to take time out of your day to rest or use the walk path around the pond,also good food and refreshments just across the street. One of Spencer Ny’s finest jewels.
