Fun little park with a decent playground and courts for basketball, volleyball, and tennis (even though u have to pay to use the tennis ones bc idk pain). Love the hiking in the back and its connections to the reservation. Also my God the pond is disgusting.

The park itself is very nice the mapping of the trails could be improved. so if you park where I do not you want to go all the way behind the baseball field and in the back you will see a small map and the blue blaze trail. you can also go over the bridge and up the blue and to a green trail which eventually comes to a yellow trail or DH you will see. if you see DH markings it the ward pound property but that trail is Deer Hollow. I didn’;t have clue what DH means so I asked some locals. be very careful though they said if you do Deer Hollow trail its a 5 mile loop. so a little confusing and can get lost in their. their is also a red trail blaze ome where I never found

Tennis courts are dilapidated, neglected, and falling apart. They don’t even have a fully retracting ultra modern ultra high tech clear glass solar cover for four seasons tennis playing. Pathetic situation. Perhaps because the engineers are too busy with their hobby building rockets and space ships to satisfy their childish, foolish, and selfish outerspace fantasy missions. 😉
