Whats better than a small pond, home to ducks and geese, with a fountain, fed by a little brook, with adjoining basketball courts, soccer fields and a jungle gym, with a nearby gazebo for shade? Not too much! On top of all that its the home of the South River September 11th Memorial, a great tribute to the memory of those lost that day. Centrally located and walkable by half the town, but plenty of parking too in the adjacent lot.

One of my favorite parks… Great playground for toddlers and children… Beautiful pond great for fishing bass, catfish, bluegill, ect. Also an awesome place to go if you play Pokemon Go !! Tops of pokestops and two poke gyms.

So basically my granddaughter wanted to meet up with some friends at a park. They decided Dailys pond. When we went there she said it was the best. She had a great time. But the second time she went there she said the bridge was broken. Which I wasn’t too worried about, but kids can get seriously hurt if they don’t see or just play around it. I don’t know, but to me and alot of others this one swing is low and squeeky. But remembering a few years ago adults came over there to smoke and drink achohol. You shouldn’t do that at a kids park! That’s my experience.
