Lincoln Park Dog Park in Somerville, Massachusetts

Located conveniently at 25 Perry St adjacent to playing fields, Lincoln Park Dog Park provides a friendly and accessible spot for local dog owners. This small, city dog park is fully fenced and offers a dedicated off-leash area where dogs can safely socialize and play. While the park tends to get muddy after rain since the surface is primarily dirt and sand, it remains a popular gathering spot for both Somerville and Cambridge pet owners.

Owners will appreciate helpful amenities like water fountains for both dogs and people, lighting for evening visits, waste bags, and trash bins to keep the grounds clean. While the park does not offer much shade or shelter, and can feel crowded with more than five dogs, its community atmosphere and proximity to kid-friendly amenities and public sports fields make it a local favorite. If you’re searching for a well-kept, dog-friendly park in Somerville, Lincoln Park Dog Park is definitely worth a visit!

Muddy, sandy. No shade. Very small and feel crowded if more than 3 dogs/people.

The park is a menagerie of fun areas for all human and dog. The dog encased area is all dirt sobit will get muddy or freeze in winter.

Many users here. There is a baseball field as well so people use that if trained. Bags are available. Though I would say max 5 dogs in the area at a time so that its enough to run around without collusion

Great find of a dog park in Cambridge/Somerville area, first time visit so take with grain of salt but I was only met with extremely kind owners and dogs. I’ll be coming back!
