Nice park, well maintained. Basketball court, big field for baseball/softball, and a little playground with swings and whatnot.

Playground and swingsets are brand new, Somerset replaced them just before Spring 2022.

It’s a great little park. Been going frequently spring through fall for 2yrs. Both my 2.5 yr old & 7.5yr old enjoy it. RARELY packed with kids. OCCASIONALLY share the entire place with another family or two plus the occasional pick up basketball game. Usually get the entire place to themselves when we go. Plus the occasional pick up basketball game.
I live at a nearby complex and walk past it’s aesthetic “children’s park” to visit this one because it has the essentials or in my kids eyes the requirements… Swings, small jungle gym with 2 slides and a pavilion with picnic benches. There’s also a baseball diamond, pick up basketball court (frequently there’s a group playing while I’m there which the boys love to watch while they’re playing). It’s on the corner of a pretty slow streets (with the exception of medium traffic for AM/PM rush hour). In all 3 road directions there’s a decent stretch of clear visibility of the traffic around the park and especially in regards to the gate entrance which is the only place that doesn’t have a chain link fence along the road. It’s definitely one of the safer ones in that aspect when keeping an eye on running kids plus traffic.
I’ve never had a negative encounter with other people utilizing this facility. Even the adults playing basketball have always been considerate of the fact that there are children nearby keeping their game PG dialogue & actions. Definitely plan on continuing to walk past the one in my complex to this park down the street and around the corner.
*It does NOT have a restroom though for anyone interested in knowing that ahead of time although I’ve seen porta potties come and go I’m assuming going along with baseball or summer camp seasons*
