Has to be the cleanest and prettiest rest stop that is large and well laid out with wonderful amenities ( gated dog park, children’s playground and even a quiet area with a koi pond). And easy access from the highway and local road. Oh…and it has a good tourist information center that is clean, friendly, and very helpful. AAA + facility.

Perfect place to stop with pets, family, and friends, when traveling to and from the beach. The gardens are beautiful and worth walking around when needing to stretch legs. It has big picnic areas amidst trees, greenery, and even has a fountain. At this rest stop they have multiple picnic tables and a BBQ grill area. They even have a nice playground area for the kids. They do offer travel advice and travel materials inside buildings for local states. For those traveling with pets, they offer enclosed dog parks, for both big and small dogs. Large clean, well-kept bathrooms. There is plenty of free parking.

The RV dump is all the way in the back, follow signs for trucks & busses. NULL to leave in the box, the dump hole is in the middle, park on either side of it. The rest area also has an ADA playground and ADA swing, lots of picnic tables, bathrooms, a couple vending machines, and a couple grills. No food or drinks other than the vending machines.

Best Rest Stop Ever! All the usual amenities but so much more. A great dog walking trail, play area, and water fountain for our 4 legged friends. But the Memorial Park is truly lovely, even in early spring. Gives you time and a place to contemplate our lost loved ones.
