Someone put a bike lock on the gate to prevent others from using it
It is a great dog park for the residents of Elk Creek who pay HOA dues to maintain it. There are plenty of empty lots for others to build on so they can use it but it’s really not there for everyone’s use, it is a perk of living in the development.
