The grand kids had a great time at this park. Although the garbage cans were quite smelly in the pavilion.
Better for older kids. Lots of cool things to climb on, but only swings and one slide for Littles. Well maintained and clean.
Three different play areas! A ship, a little playground, and a swing set area. Plus, a huge open field in between it all to bring your dog or have small events.
It’s such a quaint and cozy little park, perfect for toddlers. It’s a very clean park as well. It has a fence around it which makes it safe from the busy road. The park has lots of unobstructed room to run and play. There are a few baby swings with one particularly for adult and baby together, it’s pretty cool. There is a shelter with tables to enjoy a picnic or even a birthday party.
Another reason why I really enjoy this park is it is never really busy. That is a huge plus when you are with very young children. I have 2 grandsons that are about a year and a half. It’s less chaotic and much safer when they aren’t being trampled by other kids at play. I know, it’s a park and that what kids do at the park. 😂 I get that completely! Once the boys get older they will be doing it too but until then it’s really nice being able to take them there and not having to worry about there being too many kids or not having enough space to run around without bouncing off of others.
So, if you’re looking for a park that isn’t full of a bunch of people, has a bunch of room to run and play and is suitable for the wee little ones, this is the one for you!
