Nestled in the heart of Silverton, Colorado, Anesi Park (previously known as Columbine Park) offers a welcoming, dog-friendly atmosphere for locals and visitors alike. This fully fenced dog park features two separate, double-gated areas—one for small dogs (30 lbs and under) and another for large dogs (over 30 lbs), each with a mix of grass and bark for pups to run and play safely. The park is well-equipped with picnic tables, chairs, rocks, and shade trees, making it a comfortable spot to relax while your dog explores.
Anesi Park stands out for its convenient amenities, such as clean public restrooms, plentiful parking, and a water spigot for thirsty pups. While there isn’t a dedicated walking path inside the dog park, nearby pet-friendly trails offer hiking opportunities with stunning mountain views. The park is adjacent to a skate park and features a pleasant, low-traffic environment, with a welcoming community of outdoor enthusiasts and dog owners. Whether you’re traveling through Silverton or a resident looking for the perfect spot, Anesi Park is a must-visit for any dog lover.
Great facility for bikers and vanlife
There are 2 shower stalls, and they’re pretty nice and clean given where this is located. I was the only one there the whole time. Bring your own everything to this shower except the water.
Public Park with a stage, public restrooms and showers(NULL/5 min), and a small visitors center. Restrooms are nice and clean. Showers are ok, water drainage in the area that’s supposed to be dry is a problem and also only a couple of hooks to hang things but no shelf for phone keys or other belongings you might take into the shower with you that can’t be hung on the hooks.
Nice little park with some picnic tables a stage and clean public restrooms.
Tiny little park with very clean public restrooms. I love this littld town.
