Placed in a neighborhood, great for ones with small children. Could only be greater if the walk path surrounded a small pond with sunbathing turtles, and, lilies.

Great *little* park in the Woodmoor neighborhood, where I live. This is no Wheaton Park, with lots and lots of open space, ball fields, hiking areas, etc. Instead, this is a comparatively small park, with a baseball field, 2 tennis courts a playground (swings, jungle jim), and parking for about 6 cars. We’re thrilled to have this space in our neighborhood, which is easily walkable from most homes. But if you are arranging a recreational outing for a large group, be sure to check out the available size and facilities before doing so.

The soccer field is surrounded by a walking path. I watched the game and exercised at the same time. Two playgrounds are also at this location.

Lovely updated neighbor park next to Pinecrest Elementary School. Note the school is currently under expansion construction. The park is open & the construction area is well fenced, but you’ll need to keep an eye on the little ones. There’s a good sized soccer/ baseball field, a walking track and benches. There are a very few picnic tables in a sunny area. Relaxing place with friendly neighbors. There is a community center building for rent and a nice size parking lot.
