Stayed here because of the annual MN ATV Rider’s “Ride The Shore” event being hosted nearby. Clean rooms, was mostly quiet, and loved that we could Ride our side-by-side right from the hotel parking lot to hit the ATV trails, which lead everywhere in northern MN. Our room was a 3rd floor balcony room, and had a decent view of Lake Superior. We didnt use the pool or anything, but it was popular for all ages based on what we saw. I would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. Loved that the dog could stay with us. Relaxed on the balcony overlooking the lake. Breakfast was amazing. The room comfortable and clean. Close to all the sights. We would highly recommend.
This hotel is pretty drab and dated. The pillows have definitely seen better days. The lighting in the hallway makes it feel like a prison, warm white LEDs would do wonders. The breakfast was pretty gross even by hotel standards. And calling our room lake front was a bit of a stretch, technically yes it’s over there but not really visible and not from inside the room.
Great hotel to stay. Delicious continental breakfast each morning and pool with water slide was fun. Clean rooms and guest areas and fun amenities such as the pool, steam room and whirlpool. Fair prices for the area and allowed to bring our dogs as well for small fee. Will stay again.
The hotel is easy to find with a large parking lot. The front entry and desk was clean and bright. The room was great with a king bed microwave and mini fridge. We even had a balcony. The pool was clean and lots of seating but still could use much more, it was very popular. There is a nice slide into the pool too. The hottub was large and well maintained.
