Clear Creek is a beautiful park. Great camping in both the cabins and tents. Camp right on the river. There are flush toilets and showers. We’ve been camping there for over 30 years. It is quiet and restful. There is a lot to do in the area. Visit Bear Rocks while you’re there.

What a beautiful park. The creek was so beautiful, along with all the colorful trees. I love all the old bridges, the wood needs replaced though. But still sturdy and strong enough to walk on. Trees are marked, with trail signs here and there, so we didn’t get lost. The trail along the creek was mild, the phylis (don’t remember how to spell it) run loop trail had a short version that was very rocky and rooty. Hopefully we can come back next time and do more trailing.

WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR VISIT HERE!!!! And, it’s wheelchair friendly! We spent a day here and barbecued at the picnic area. (Bring your own table cloth because the picnic tables are older and well used), the creek runs right next to it and there are restrooms very close. Nice parking lot with plenty of space. Dogs are ok here but not on the beach/swimming area). The creek/swimming side was beautiful and has a nice roped off area for swimming that is well marked for depth. Clean beach and the water is cool and clear. Bathrooms nearby and walking trails. There are 2 handicapped spaces near the beach and more parking just across the small road. I’m excited to rent a cabin or tent site and stay here with my family and grandkids!!

A beautiful park with waterfront camping options and fantastic hikes. There are spots for fishing and picnicking, all with beautiful views of water and forests. There are so many options of short and sweet easy hikes or more challenging and longer ones, and you can put several together for a fun variety.Several hikes have very little obvious trail to them and are identifiable by the yellow marks on trees, which I really love because I felt enveloped by the forest.
