Located in the heart of Sierra Madre, California, Sierra Madre Dog Park offers a pet-friendly spot for both local residents and visitors looking for a place to let their dogs play and socialize. This dog park is accessible for wheelchair users and has parking designed with accessibility in mind. The park features separate areas for small and large dogs, so you can find the right space for your pup to safely explore. Seating is available, and while amenities like picnic tables and public restrooms enhance the visit, the park is primarily composed of dirt and sand, rather than grass, which makes it unique among dog parks in the Sierra Madre area.

Families will appreciate this dog park’s close proximity to kid-friendly amenities, such as basketball and tennis courts, making it easy to enjoy a full day out. This was a nice place for my dog. It’s a nice large area for them to frolic. It was empty when I came but there were plenty of toys and balls for her to play with. There are two areas, one for small and one for larger dogs.

The large dog area is the worst dog park I’ve ever been to. Just a smelly dirt patch. Do not recommend. The small dog park area is ok.

I wouldn’t even call this a park. It’s a sandlot with some cheap chairs. Small sliver of sand behind the park by the maintenance area.

No grass. All dirt and rocks. One small area for small & large dogs. There’s one area for water, but the water appears brownish when filling the water bowl. In the center of the park it appears a bunch of water ran through the the center making a deep trench running the length of the park. Unfortunately this uneven park that slopes down is not safe to play fetch with your dog. There is also a bunch of dry brush and broken twigs which can cut into the dog’s paws.
