Located at 569 Sickler Ave in Sicklerville, New Jersey, Winslow Township Peter Volpa Memorial Park is a well-maintained, family-friendly destination known for its recreational amenities and community events. Please be mindful of local leash regulations and be courteous to other park users when visiting with your dog.
Kids and I love this park. Fairly clean and has soccer fields, restrooms and picnic tables.
Wonderful and caring coaches. They put the time in for practices and the organization. I don’t live in Winslow but mean it when I say I LOVE this community! I love watching my son place with such nice young adults. Parents are also very friendly and encouraging. It’s a joy to go to games!
I may be biased about this park because I grew up playing soccer here so I have an emotional attachment to it. It’s a great park for soccer. The newer fields have lights. They also have basketball courts. I’m not sure if they still have the tennis courts or not. The township does a lot of great community events here. The concession stand is always packed with my favorite candy on game days. The only downside is a lack of enough parking when there are big events or tournaments. It would be nice to bring in one of those mobile bathroom trailers and run that on event days to improve the bathroom situation, but at the end of the day…it’s a great park. The playground area is simple but nice. Good enough to entertain kids that aren’t interested in watching a game.
This is an amazing playground. I took my great nephew who is 14 months old and he had a great time. The place was clean and everything was in working order.
My sons do rec soccer here, so we spend a lot of time at this park, the grass is always well kept, the bathrooms are clean, the parking lots painted properly, the concession stand always sorted and we love the grilled burgers and hotdogs, AND… hot chocolate and coffee on a cold day.
The playground is absolutely great, almost new!
