Great quick hike
Nice little park! So much parking and lots of little trails. There’s even a water view! One of the trails is paved if you’re looking for a short mud-free walk. There’s also a big field and a tire swing hidden in the woods. Great place to explore.
Beautiful little park, fun hiking trails for beginners, story walk and a great big field for sports. Never that crowded; I prefer this park over Dean when I just want some peace and relaxation.
Great park for a walk. Dogs are welcome but beware… the dog officer visits the park frequently. Make sure they are leashed. Check yourself for ticks after your visit. I’ve seen plenty of wildlife here such as deer, coyote, fox and even a bobcat. The eagles make an appearance every once in a while from Lake Quinsigamond. There is a nice soccer field area. From spring to fall there is usually a porta-potty on site.
A hidden gem. Sounds cliche? I have lived in town for 9 years and only found out about this park this past weekend when Parks & Rec announced a nature walk that had been installed near the water. My daughter and I checked it out and learned some things!
