I remember the old school in the 80’s with aerobies from California and 165 g frisbees and before the creek and plantings but it’s still serene and fantastico. Even for a bake and a belt after dark…

It’s a good park outside of the Greenwood Gardens with dedicated free parking for the walking path which people use for dog walking as well. The open field across from the parking lot is no dogs allowed but no one seems to enforce that rule.

A beautiful park, yes, but when you align the restrictions with the history it’s a field of irony. This park was originally part of the Days estate which is now Greenwood Gardens. The owners used the fields as a private golf course and to ride their horses on their “country” estate. Yet today this park does not allow golf or horses. Also no dogs! Not no dogs off leash, no dogs period. There is rarely anyone using this park so I guess a nice place for a picnic. No bathrooms but there are a few picnic tables.
