Nice park and boat ramp and I would love to give 5 stars however, the bathrooms are locked on a Sunday at 130pm.
Me and my family have been coming here for about 7 years now, and it’s always excellent. You can play at the park, and we always catch some fish while fishing. I love how there are picnic tables and pavilions to rest or eat at. The only thing I don’t like is how their bathrooms have been closed for some time now
Great place to launch your boat, but do check the wind direction/speed. Nice clean little park with bathrooms. Occasionally, you do have to explain to people swimming on the boat ramp that they need to move out of the way or risk chumming the water. Most are really nice about it and considerate.
Absolutely beautiful, serene, perfect place to take a much-needed time-out. There was a bald eagle in treetop when we arrived, and a sweet neighborhood kitty acted as the official park greeter – loved it! >^)^
