A small park on the Secaucus Greenway. A couple of swings and a decent sized play set. Both are on well draining artificial surfaces, so even after a rain, no mud. A little mud at the entrance though. Parking is the hard part. There is only on street parking, and spaces are limited. Best to walk/bike here.

Great playground near the river. My 7yo boy loves the huge slide and my toddler love the animal theme.
