The beach is beautiful but we experienced a very unpleasant situation with one of the lifeguards, he yelled at us very aggressively, without letting us speak, and even threatened to remove us from the beach. What’s even more concerning is that he made up a story to the supervisor, claiming that we had assaulted him, when in fact he never allowed us to explain ourselves. His anger and discriminatory attitude toward my boyfriend and me were very obvious that he is very racist and we find this unacceptable.

Seaside Park’s beach is less crowded compared to Seaside Heights beach. The beach is beautiful and the lifeguards are helpful and alert. There isn’t any bathrooms too close by like the other beach, but it’s still a good beach.

Beach is nice; plenty of parking available too. However, there are no public restrooms in the vicinity. Poor directions well ; the buildings with big boards stating ‘restrooms’ are shutdown and abandoned. This kinda forces people to use the restroom inside the restaurant and fastfood chains.
The boardwalk is happening during evening hours, but the games and arcade are just as pricey as anywhere else. Not to mention the claw machine scam.
The beach in itself is nice, wished the tax money and parking fee were used for more public infrastructure.

Nice beach just be prepared to pay a lot of money to sit on the sand. The daily pass is now NULL and you also have to pay to park unless you want to walk a few blocks and park in the neighborhood. The beach is typically crowded in this area but the beach is large enough to accommodate the crowd. If you like it quieter head closer to Island Beach State Park or go as earlier in the day.

I spent every week of Summer 2019 at the beach in Seaside Park. Best time to go was between 9am-noon if you want to beat the crowds. So relaxing to lay in the sand and listen to the surf.🌊☀️
