This park is in good shape. Of all the parks we can go to, this one is always #1 in their book. Close to Bridgeville and Seaford, it is a treasure. Swings, climbing areas, sand pits, imagination areas, some trees for shade, plenty of sitting areas for the adults. Pack some snacks and play for hours.
You can tell it was nice at one point. Now It’s quite a bit old and broken. A bit of a safety hazard for splinters. In addition, both times we have gone, it was flooded with teenagers and older kids either running into our kids or just acting inappropriately-cussing, screaming, insults, PDA, smoking in the parking lot. Parents are just sitting in their cars. Just some unfortunate experiences for us maybe, but our visits to other playgrounds have been completely fine compared to this one. We probably won’t be returning any time soon.

This park needs A LOT of attention! What a shame how downhill this place has gone. So many things are broken or now missing because it was not replaced after being broken. And there is trash everywhere.
