We actually stop before dogwood but I like the place it’s peaceful
Very clean quiet place to stop and eat lunch under shade tree beautiful views
It’s ok for me I didn’t get into the water but parking is great You are able to park close to the lake. Do be careful with the ants and make sure you have sunscreen, my husband and eldest son got red and my brother in law was there with his kids cooling off and they seem to love it.

This is a really great place to bring the family on the weekends. There are picnic tables and bar b que grills, free to the public. You can swim here as well as boat if you have them. It is very peaceful here, very relaxing. The reason I only have them 4 out of 5 Stars is because the public restroom are discusting. They are not cleaned as often as they should be cleaned. Otherwise, everything else is nice. Come check it out.
