I rated this company 5 Stars long before the new ownership.They are posting reviews from the original owners. New owners are very unorganized , very cold and uninviting. Not the same compassion as the original owners were. Calls answered by a service in another country, therefore you have no contact on the staff working with our pets.
We went to drop our pets off for boarding , no one was there. We waited for a half an hour. Finally the head of boarding came out to help us. She had no knowledge of our dogs being dropped off. She was quick, professional and very apologetic over the call in service error. I called to check on my dogs and no one answered the phone. I left a message . One hour later I had to call again because I did not get a response. The staff there is at the mercy of bad management.

I am writing this review because ironically when I received the automated review text from the barking lot, it said page not found so it did not submit my review. I dropped my three dogs to be groomed and saw two workers I’ve never met before and it was not the same warm greeting, it was just business and me reintroducing my dogs and their needs to new staff. The initial drop off did not sit right with me and decided to call them after 30 minutes of drop off that I would be coming to pick them up even if they are still wet I did not care. Well I arrived within 45 minutes of dropping them off and it was claimed that 2 out of my 3 dogs were already finished and the 3rd had not been started yet. So here I was charged for two full grooming price AFTER 45 minutes? I did not mind paying partial because I figured they started but to claim from start to finish for two dogs within 45 minutes was insane and I questioned it but the lady claimed there was no other dogs to be serviced at that moment. Regardless two dogs in 45 minutes for a grooming is not believable to me after my many years of coming here knowing it takes hours. Especially considering at drop off the male said it would be a while and a possible late pick up. Every time I’ve dropped them off it is NO less than 4 hours. I paid regardless and left, after reading recent reviews of the barking lot and new management I will follow my gut and no longer be using this business it is really sad because they used to be amazing!

Had no problem when we had our Jack Russell stay years ago and always was a pleasant experience if we used the boarding or grooming service. Decided to try the new management with our 2 pug mix. We booked them for 2 nights together in the same kennel and were asked if we would like them groomed before pick up which we agreed since that’s what we have done in the past. Was told that they would send updates and gave us a number to text so we can check in. Was told they would send pics how they were doing. When my husband text the next morning we got no response. He called a couple hours later and was told they will check and someone would call back. Still no call after an hour. My husband called back again and was told they were fine and sleeping. They will be happy to send pics but nothing. As much as we wanted to just get in the truck to pick them up we gave a benefit of a doubt maybe they were just short handed. The day we picked them up we were asked all the same questions again like it was day one and if both girls were in separate kennels or the same. Was told they were not given baths. The girl acted like she had better things to do and place was so unorganized. Why set a profile up if you aren’t going to use it. When they brought the girls out to us they had a lease that wasn’t our and tech had to go
Look for ours. Felt like staff barely knew their names like how many mix pugs do you have sharing a kennel. I won’t be coming back after this experience. Just felt like they didn’t get the attention they should have gotten and will definitely be looking for a new boarding facility.
