I can’t say enough about how wonderful the Say At Once DC team is. I was really struggling with a very anxious and nervy puppy who couldn’t settle at home, hated the crate, and was overstimulated outside. I had a couple of in home sessions with Dom who was so patient and supportive and really helped me understand how to set my puppy on the right path. After such a great experience with Dom, I decided to send him to a month long board and train with Autumn and it truly changed everything for us! Autumn was so generous with her time, answering all my questions and making sure she understood Sully’s specific challenges and our goals for training. I was sent frequent updates and could tell that he 100% was being treated with so much love and care while getting the training he needed. The transparency and thorough nature of this program is unmatched. He came back truly a different dog and all of our training goals had been accomplished and he has such a solid foundation of training as a result. Both Dom and Autumn have continued to make themselves available to answer questions (I have a lot) and made sure I had all the tools to transfer the training back home. And it has worked wonders! It has made a world of difference to know I have knowledgeable kind people in my corner helping me raise a well trained, happy, balanced dog. They are truly the best and I’m so thankful to have found them.

I have a 5 year old chihuahua/jack russel mix. I have tried two different training companies before I got to this one. Autumn is a life saver, literally. we were considering putting down my doggo because he was progressively getting worsening aggression. He was attacked by two bigger dogs and thought even I was as a threat. it was getting to be unsafe for him and everyone around him & it was so sad to see how scared he was. Since we started with Autumn Bingo has gotten significantly better. he’s able to enjoy the outdoors with my family and I. he’s able to just be a dog now. I couldn’t thank this company and Autumn enough for saving my first baby. She is patient, understating and truly cares about your pup. I’ve called and texted her a million times with questions with an immediate response every time. I could never thank her enough!! I get to enjoy my baby for so many more years.

Every change Autumn recommended made a pretty rapid impact on our dog’s behavior. Highly recommend – even just a handful of sessions makes a huge difference.
