I have family in the Landings. Your dog must be registered with the association to enjoy the park.If you are a guest I would be extra vigilant about visiting this dog park. Every dog park has people that have built habits around it and its goes doubly so for this dog park within this gated community. I would caution making this a daily habit as a guest. The Landings itself has a certain decorum and that sits on top of the already complicated etiquette of dog parks. You still get residents that don’t pick up after their dog, or don’t understand their dog’s behavior. Anyone that knows the ups and downs of dog parks can understand why it might be extra important in this community that guests are on their best behavior. While there is enough space for most everyone to enjoy – there is only one entrance and exit! An oversight for such a nice park. There is no need to over visit this park. The island has lots of open spaces in and outside the gates for a dog to enjoy.I highly suggest finding and building habits around other greenspaces other than this park. No dog owner should be reliant on one park for their dog’s activity. There already is an anxiety around visiting any dog park. That stress doesn’t simply disappear here because its member only. The people are very nice here. Try to pay that forward to your dog and others.

This Dog Park is in a gated private residential community. I was not able to check it out. Not accessible to the public.

This is the best dog park I ever saw. It is divided into 2 sections. 1 for small dogs and the other for large breeds. But if your dog is smaller and likes to be with large breeds – your choice. This park is clean and the largest I ever saw. You can let your dog run free and enjoy, like nowhere else I have seen.1 section looks like it is part of a golf course with a grass covering the ground. The other section has what looks like mulch you would put around your plants or bushes. It was lighter in color than brown mulch. It looked comfortable to walk and run on for our furry friends. To finish – I have not seen anything like this before. I don’t live in the Landings so my dog and I cannot partake in enjoying this expansive, enclosed area. Maybe 1 day?
