What a nice surprise! Nice and clean little dog park downtown with seperate areas for large and small dogs. Looked very well maintained. The area is not the greatest, but then I don’t think much of downtown is. I would have given it 5 stars but there were no other dogs there and I take my dog to the parks so that he can play with other dogs.

Nice Urban dog park it’s small but has two sides one for big dogs the other for small ones. They have poo bags available. The area is convenient if you want to grab a bite to eat after your dog is done playing. Lots of places around the dog park to eat and most are dog friendly.

this area was vacant for so long…I can’t actually remember it not being vacant since I moved downtown in 2004. it’s great to see this space being used for something so useful.
the small dog side is great for my geriatric dogs. the only negative might be that there is no easy access to fresh water, but that’s not a huge problem.
update March 2023: getting much busier nowadays. more folks not picking up after their pups.
