It get busy the restroom is clean so.etime gets clogged the bigger toilet for handicapped some homeless standby but not that bad closed to goodwill free dinner for homeless m-f 3-330-4pm I won’t go after 4pm if I were you for food ask their where is it at the back of the goodwill office building the park is not that bad

– playground equipment is pretty small
– very little shade, and none for the playground. We were lucky though since it was an overcast day.

* Nobody there. This was Saturday around noon and overcast, so the sun shouldn’t be an issue. Maybe you like the park all to yourself, but I prefer a little bustle and some other kids around for mine to play with.
* Right next to a homeless encampment. Nobody crazy or yelling or anything like that; just folks minding their own business. It doesn’t bother me, but again, you may have different preferences.
