Stopped by this dog park recently and unfortunately had a negative experience. Upon entering, another visitor’s large dog immediately jumped on me while I was holding my small puppy. The owner was yelling for his dog to behave but made no real effort to control it. When I explained I’d put my puppy down once his dog was under control, he blamed me for holding her in the first place and started cussing and shouting at me.I come to dog parks to let my puppy socialize safely, but on this occasion, the lack of control from another owner made it an unsafe and unpleasant experience. It’s frustrating when a few irresponsible dog owners ruin what should be a positive environment for everyone.

It’s definitely convenient and nice to have around however me and a few friends agree that they should have water bowls and a few toys for the dogs just like other dog parks.
