5-Star Review for Downtown Salt Lake Dog Park

If you’re in Salt Lake and looking for a slice of tail-wagging heaven for your pup, look no further! This dog park near downtown is an absolute gem. Open 7 days a week—because dogs don’t take weekends off—it’s a reliable, go-to spot for both energetic zoomies and lazy lounging.

The grounds are well-kept, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, with grass and gravel areas both big and small dogs play together. There’s plenty of shaded spots for humans to sit and socialize, while the dogs make friends of their own. Water stations are conveniently placed, and the vibe is always friendly—both two-legged and four.

My dog runs in like he owns the place and leaves happy and exhausted every time. It’s become part of our routine and honestly, I think he likes it more than the couch (which is saying something).

Salt Lake, you did this one right. Highly recommend!

My ex-wife used to love coming here with our dogs after work. She would always bring home new animals. LOL. At one point we had 4 dogs and 4 cats–and we loved all of them. Happy memories of this space.

Great dog park. Most everyone and their pets are great and friendly. You of course have your dogs that get bossy and in their feelings but overall everyone is really on top of their dogs behaviors.
They have a few agility items for dogs to jump over and run up, And lots of space to run.
