You now have a penitentiary style iron gate surrounding the park, you can’t get in, and they claim they are too understaffed to man the gate, so they intend to keep the entire park closed while they figure things out. Season starts Memorial Day according to the Season pass I purchased, but access is denied. They also removed all of the public usage grills. I hope things get better.

Really nice park. Has 2 separate play areas. One for older kids and one with less stuff for smaller kids.
There’s benches, charcoal stations, a cabin to get out of the sun or rain (no working bathrooms) trails and a skate boarding area too.
It appeared to have an undercover or off duty police official maybe keeping an eye too. Which may make some people and families feel safer.
My and my son had a great time.

Great place to visit with family. There is a park with a slide for kids, swimming area, and designated fishing area. Also a great area for cookout with family with picnic table. Bring your own grill for convenience.
