If you’re looking for a field and a nice sheltered area to eat, this is a great place. There was a nice breeze there when I was there, too. I wonder if it normally is that way. But, not it does lack additional things (not a playground place, etc.).

Great location to take your kids and just hang out. The field is large – open and a good spot to launch rockets or just enjoy kicking a ball around. The hiking trail is about 1.5 to 2 miles long and goes to the woods along with a grassy area.
