This great park is right off Highway 285.

It has a playground for the kids, picnic tables, benches, a (small) skate park(!), a basketball court, doggie poop bags, and a couple of historical markers. Truly something for everyone here.

My friend and I stopped at this park during a Colorado road trip. Our dogs needed to stretch their legs, and so did we. It was a nice place to get out of the car and walk around.

We didn’t see restrooms, so we asked a young man shooting a basketball if there was any restrooms. He said he thought they were locked, so we didn’t go looking. We ended up using the restroom at the gas station down the road.

We didn’t stay at the park for very long, but we did enjoy our time there. I was glad to be able to stop in such a nice place.
