Great place a lot of very nice wooded trails and just an all-around great place to relax
Awesome experience at the park with a haunted train in haunted house. We had so much fun. Best part was the food vendors especially what’s popping kettle corn company was there. They make the best kettle corn in Michigan. It’s the same they were so far down on the line for us to get to them. After all the years they’ve been there they should be dead center of the activities. Hopefully next year they’ll get a better spot. We had a great time. Even the weather didn’t stop us from enjoying campfire, the train and haunted house
We went for a graduation gathering and I was very impressed with this park. I live about 15 minutes away and have never been here before, but I’ll definitely be back. There are nice, short walking trails, a pond for catch and release fishing, three pavilions, public swimming pool, train rides, and a small amphitheatre. Everything is perfectly maintained and clean. Definitely a great little place to stop and comfortably enjoy nature.
I absolutely love this park, I love that it has trails in the woods to walk a beautiful pond to fish and look at and my daughter loved the playground and even made some friends. Very peaceful and quit !
Very nice park. Kids took swim lessons one summer. Need to go back to check out some of the outdoor concerts.
