I love this park. Has shaded tables, clean restrooms, splash pad, different age group parks. This place is a hidden gem I didn’t know about. I have kids from age 1-9 & they all had somewhere to play. The only down side is it a little far apart but I could still see my older boys playing on the bigger playground. Seems like a place you can walk around too. Definitely recommend.
Beautiful park with multiple slides for kids, picnic tables and walking trails. Very well maintained. I wish they had some grills too. They should at least have option to dispose off coals for those who bring their own grills. May be they do but I couldn’t find them. Overall, it’s a good park.
Amazing park with a lot of playing options for kids of all ages. Lots of greenery for trails and family activities.
Beautiful community space with plenty of options and activities for kids 3-13.
There are open fields for sports like soccer, baseball, football, etc.
The walking trails and bridges are great for early evening walks.
This place is amazing. Tons of stuff for kids age 2-12, well-designed and beautiful. Plenty of shaded areas for parents to sit, though in the height of summer it will need more shaded areas. The splash pad is small and I didn’t see it mentioned anywhere, but definitely bring swimsuit and a change of clothes/towel because the splash pad is super refreshing. Water fountains run cold clean water (there was a touch free water bottle refill station but it didn’t work). Restrooms were large and clean and well-ventilated. Large centralized emergency call button if needed, beautiful sloping area for running/jogging, nice tiered pavilion overlooking big pond.
The signage to get here is AWFUL. I drove around for over 10 minutes just trying to find it, then find the entrance; it’s right by a baseball field which is also called Heritage Park, so the first time I went i parked by the fields and had to walk all the way around in the heat (no trees). There is actually a second park left of the fields which has a tiny sign but no arrows or anything, that’s the way to the park.
I know this was just built and expansion is planned, but for how long a walk it is to get to the park, it’s pretty small and needs more swings (it has infant swings and a carousel swing, but no traditional swings) and more stuff to play on. Also, twice I’ve had people there who were smoking, right next to the kids so I believe this should be a designated non-smoking area, but other than those small things, this place is the best park around.
