Such a beautiful, peaceful place. Great walk around. Plenty of picnic tables. A playground for kids. Flush toilets. Very well groomed and cared for. Some great history stuff including a WWII bunker. Super perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy friends and family.

I rated 5 stars because purchases help Marina animals but wasn’t as impressive, maybe 4 stars. The seahorses were cute. My kids got some seal stuffed animals.

What a great time! The kids and I love coming here. Only 8 dollars for one adult and two kiddos. The trails are well maintained and it was a really incredible experience for all of us. The playground is decent and the kids have had an a fun time exploring! We still have more to explore and we spend a couple hours there.

They have tide pools, hiking trails, a sandy beach, kayaking from the boat launch, and really interesting historical features, like the sea battery and the Ordiorne cemetery. I saw a tree full of egrets in the marsh. The fee to park was 4.00. The only bad things were that I forgot bug spray and got eaten alive in the woods, and there are no dogs allowed when I take my dog with me everywhere. Ordiorne is amazing!

The Science Center at the park had a Ocean Day celebration, nicely organized with several activities and knowledgeable staff making for an entertaining afternoon. All manner of wildlife can be seen out in the water and on the rock ledges offshore. Go to learn, take photos, or a simple picnic. Decent weather is always nice, but even if it’s not great out, there’s indoors for the science or nearby for more sightseeing or food.
