Having lived in 4 different apartments across NJ, The Parker 118 is my favorite and most satisfied with. I like how it only has 4 floors so there aren’t a lot of residents. You rarely come across anyone in the elevator, gym or work area. It feels private, personal, homey and quiet. It’s always clean and smells great. When I texted Mayron for help on maintenance, he always comes in 10mins, professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The appliances size are similar to single houses, extra large kitchen island, double closets, laundry, rooms. Very fast microwave and stovetop. Love the black glossy cabinets and light wood flooring. Has bright ceiling lights for each room. Grocery food can deliver to door if provided with entry code. The only negative is a lack of sky view since my unit’s windows closely face other resident’s windows. A pleasant experience here.

As a resident of Rutherford for over 50 years, I am pleased and love to be living at the Parker . Since the first building (106) was erected in 2018 , the Parker had been my dream home . In the summer of 2023 my daughter , granddaughter and I contacted Sydney in the leasing office . We had the lease signed the same day. Sydney helped us through the leasing process. I have been so happy to live here in a place that is ideal for me. I can walk to my appointments and everything I need is close by . Sydney and Mayron have made this a warm and welcoming place to live. My neighbors are so friendly and helpful. I’m grateful to be able to spend my retirement in an absolutely beautiful and modern apartment Having a gorgeous kitchen and my own laundry appliances are absolute treasures . I can’t imagine living anywhere else and I would never consider leaving for any reason .
The Parker is a wonderful and beautiful place live . I love being here every day .

I’ve been living here for 3 months now and have been very happy with the building and the town of Rutherford. My experience at the Parker began with a great tour with Tara. She showed me all the available units and was patient as I explored my options and what would work for me. She was very thorough with answering my questions and did not push me to decide. From the moment I applied, the staff, led by the property manager Sydney, was very helpful in providing all necessary information and were very welcoming. Sydney has done a great job of updating us via email and answering all my questions/requests. Move-in was easy thanks to Mayron, the super. The entire staff has been great. The apartment it self is beautiful and being a new building all the appliances are great. The building is well maintained and aesthetically they do a great job. I loved the Christmas decorations and the lobby is very nice and always clean. If I had one area that would make my experience top notch would be living on the top floor since I do hear my neighbors footsteps above – but small inconvenience in a very great building. Still give it 5 stars and would recommend.

Rutherford is also a reason why I rated the Parker 5 stars – it’s such a great town with a great mix of restaurants, coffee shops, retail and tree lined residential streets – exactly what I was looking for. Residents here really take care of their homes and I loved walking around during Halloween and Christmas to see the decorations. Really easy access to the city via the NJ transit train and bus a 5 min walk away. It’s a great place .

Very happy with my decision to move here. I toured one other place before signing the lease here and it could not even compare to the Parker 118. Rutherford is a gem of an area. The Parker 118 is close to everything you need – shops, restaurants, train/bus, park, library, post office, and good coffee! The building is new and incredibly well-maintained. The cleaning crew does an impeccable job. The service here is truly exemplary.

The Parker 118 is run by a fantastic group of people. Sydney (property manager) made the move-in process very easy for me. Questions were answered and emails were responded to in a timely manner. And a huge shoutout to Mayron (superintendent) and Elvin, who helped me discard all my large boxes. I also had issues with my smoke alarm going off and my washer stopped working at one point. Mayron was very responsive and on top of the repairs. He kept me in the loop regarding the repairs until my washer was fixed. I’d give this place the highest possible recommendation.

I’m absolutely thrilled about my new home! The surroundings are incredibly picturesque, and the upkeep is top-notch. The architecture of the building itself is absolutely stunning! Property Manager Sydney has been an absolute delight from the very start, ensuring that every step of the process is comfortable and informative. Also, thanks to Mayron’s assistance, the moving-in process was exceptionally smooth, and he kindly offered ongoing support whenever I needed it.
